Today, take a moment to practice mindful breathing. Notice your breathing without trying to change it. Release tension, slow down, and take five deep, intentional breaths. Focus on each inhale and exhale, allowing your mind and body to calm.

Conscious breathing helps you reset mentally, emotionally, and physically. It brings clarity, peace, and control back to the present moment.
